Who is this program for?
This program is designed for women navigating a major life or relationship transition who want to reconnect with their voice, values, confidence, boundaries, identity, and direction.
Do I need to have left my relationship to join?
No. Some women may be contemplating change, while others may already be rebuilding after separation or another significant transition. The program does not make decisions for participants. It supports greater clarity and self-trust.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No. This is a guided educational and personal-development program. It is not a replacement for therapy, counselling, legal advice, medical care, or crisis support.
Do I have to share personal details with the group?
No. Sharing should always be optional, safe, and gentle. Participants should not be pressured to disclose personal information beyond what they are comfortable sharing.
When does the next program begin?
The next program begins on 12 August 2026.
Is the book included?
Yes. Every participant receives a complimentary physical copy of Self-Expression and Free Choice: A Pathway to Freedom.
What are the three private sessions?
After completing the program, each participant may book up to three complimentary one-hour one-to-one sessions with Dolores for additional support.
When can I use the private sessions?
The sessions may be used during the two years following completion of the program and are subject to appointment availability.
